Waking Up!


Hello!

I am up and eating another fruit salad (thanks to my mom). I put a photo because the last photo of the delicious fruit salad my mom made was taken on my phone and did NOT do it justice. Well I woke up did my morning sit-ups, in a few hours I am doing my 4 mile run for the day, bleh. I also have a cardio routine today which includes:


3 min cardio warm-ups
2 min power skip and sprint
single leg lunge
criss-cross turn
2 min twist and plank
russian dance
leg extension and reach
2 min double step V
1.5 min cat/cow and downward dog
1.5 min cobra/ runners lunge

I am going to finish my fruit salad and get this party started! See you all later today!
